Confirmation and Payment

We will confirm your booking and send details of the course venue and an invoice for £ / £ to the address you supplied. Payment can then be made by:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Cheque
  • BACS

A minimum number of delegates is required for a course to run. It would be advisable not to make any travel or accommodation arrangements until confirmation has been received.

Cancellation Policy

An administrative fee of £25 (€40) + VAT will be charged for any cancellation received after a written / e-mailed booking has been made. If the course is in the UK, there will be no refund for cancellations or non-attendance within the last three working days prior to the course. If the course is outside the UK, there will be no refund for cancellations or non-attendance within the last 21 working days prior to the course.
