Pizza Regulation

Pizza Napoletana gains traditional specialities guaranteed (TSG) status, following anapplication from Italy (and negotiations over objections from germany and Poland). Regulation (EU) 97/2010 includes a list of ingredients, baking instructions and a description of how the finished product should look.
