Public Sector Information

The Communication COM (2009) 212 is a review of Directive 2003/98/EC on the re-use of Public Sector Information. The accompanying SEC (2009) 597 aims 'to present facts, evidence and examples relating to the re-use of PSI that are relevant
to the issues dealt with in the Communication.'
